Overview
Join Beebe Healthcare’s Rural Health Transformation Program and help turn innovative, grant-funded initiatives into measurable improvements for the communities we serve. We are looking for more than a technical data analyst. We want a curious, collaborative professional who can connect the dots between data, public health, program implementation, quality improvement, and grant outcomes. If you enjoy working across disciplines, translating complex information into meaningful insights, and helping programs understand what is working and where they can improve, this could be a great fit.
The Data & Quality Analyst supports data collection, performance measurement, quality improvement, evaluation, and reporting for several Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) grant initiatives. This position serves as a key data resource for project teams and leadership, ensuring that accurate, timely, and actionable information is available to support grant objectives, program evaluation, required reporting, and continuous quality improvement. The analyst collaborates with clinical, operational, community-based, and grant staff to establish data collection processes, maintain program registries, monitor performance measures, create dashboards and reports, and translate complex findings into clear information for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain processes for collecting, validating, and managing program data across grant initiatives.
- Extract, compile, and analyze data from electronic health records, population health platforms, community partner data sources, screening tools, and other databases.
- Maintain participant registries and tracking systems.
- Monitor data quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, report specifications, and process documentation.
- Coordinate data-collection and sharing activities with program partners in accordance with applicable requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
