Data Quality - Data Governance - Financial Services (ideally) - Birmingham - Hybrid (2 days in the office) - Circa £45-55k - Training and Development available
Dentro are hiring for a growing financial services business based in Birmingham. The role sits in their Data function and is focused on Data Quality and Governance, with specific requirements around their MS Purview platform. The business has introduced some new ways of working which include the usage and development of their AI platforms and is looking for someone to embed quality controls and monitoring rules.

The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Management, or Risk Management, ideally within financial services.
- A solid understanding of master data management, governance frameworks, data ownership, and stewardship practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including creating and defining rules, data quality controls, metrics, and reporting.
- Analytical skills to identify root causes and drive effective remediation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and promoting a culture of data quality and responsible AI use.
