Data Quality Assistant
Fixed Term Contract – 5 Months

As a Data Quality Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring that critical referrer and patient information is recorded accurately, maintained consistently, and trusted across our systems.

What you'll do
As a Data Quality Assistant Administrator, you'll support the maintenance and improvement of data quality across our systems, helping ensure information is accurate, complete, and aligned with organisational standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately creating and maintaining referrer records within Expanse.
- Validating information against relevant systems and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Updating patient records to reflect correct referrer information and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Supporting large scale data cleansing activity, converting free text records into standardised data.
- Identifying duplicate or inaccurate records and helping maintain high data quality standards.
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail, and can maintain accuracy when managing high volumes of information.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Previous administrative or data entry experience.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using databases and multiple systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to follow established processes and data standards consistently.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively.
