🚀 We’re hiring: Data Quality Engineer | London

We’re working with a high-growth technology business operating at the intersection of data, trading and digital assets.

The team works with extremely high volumes of real-time financial data, transforming complex streams of information into reliable, commercially valuable datasets used by clients across global markets.

As the data product continues to grow, they’re looking for a Data Quality Engineer to take ownership of the systems that ensure the data is accurate, complete and behaving as expected.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain dashboards covering live data feeds, historical datasets, venue health, latency, gaps, completeness and data delivery.
  • Define meaningful data quality metrics and monitoring standards.
  • Validate and reconcile large datasets across multiple sources.
  • Investigate anomalies such as gaps, stale feeds, duplicates, schema changes and unusual data.
  • Build automated checks for live and historical data.
  • Develop clear, actionable alerting and monitoring.
  • Own internal visibility around client-facing data quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
