A leading Financial Services organisation, undergoing a major data transformation, is looking to hire a technical Data Quality Manager on a permanent basis. The role is offering a base of £100,000 + excellent benefits.

This role is focused on practical delivery, working closely with Data Engineering and Platform teams to build and embed data quality controls at the warehouse layer across Databricks and Snowflake, while introducing engineering best practices such as dbt.

The role will suit someone with a strong background in modern data environments who can improve data quality, accuracy, and trust through hands-on delivery. You will partner closely with engineers and business stakeholders to embed scalable, well-governed data quality processes across the platform.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in Data Quality within modern cloud data environments
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, and Python – beneficial
  • Track record of building and embedding data quality controls at the warehouse layer
  • Experience introducing engineering best practices such as dbt, etc.
  • Good understanding of data pipelines, transformation workflows, and reconciliation
  • Ability to work closely with Data Engineering teams and influence stakeholders across the business
