About The Role
Based in Sunderland, this full-time, temporary Data & Reporting Administrator position with Pertemps Newcastle supports Northern Powergrid for 14 months. Commencing ideally in early September, the hourly rate is £15.81 to £17.31. Working Monday to Friday (37 hours), you will maintain accurate records across internal and external platforms. Responsibilities include compiling monthly performance reports and assisting the team with the Safety Reporting System (EcoOnline). Administrative support to Business Analysts within the Health, Safety and Training directorate is key. A full UK driving licence is required. This contract suits a meticulous individual with strong organisational abilities who can handle varied information confidently.

Northern Powergrid are actively recruiting for a Data & Reporting Analyst on a 14 months contract to support with maintaining accurate, consistent and well organised data across a number of internal and external systems. This role is to provide administrative support to the Business Analysts to ensure business priorities across the Health, Safety and Training directorate are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Compiling data for monthly reporting and performance information
- Support the Data & Reporting team in managing the Safety Reporting System (EcoOnline)
- Support the Data & Reporting team to provide the required business analysis, interpretation and evaluation of findings.
- Work as a part of the small team ensuring all targets, safety, customer service and business needs are coordinated.
- Assisting with the preparation of leading and lagging safety data

Skillset required:
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and work well on own initiative
- Clear and articulate communication skills (written and verbal)
- Outstanding degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Highly motivated and flexible to deal with constantly changing demands
- Ability to balance workload priorities to deliver business requirements
Essential Qualifications: - evidence must be provided
- 5 x GCSE’s Grade C or above / NVQ Level 2
- Full driving licence
- IT skills - experience In Microsoft Excel essential.
- Excellent customer service and people skills
