Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate individuals to help our clients drive analytical excellence and business relevance for Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) program, ensuring model quality, strategic interpretation, and seamless alignment between business needs and technical development. The scope of the role is to:

  • Lead the MMM model and ensure its continuous improvement.
  • Translate business questions into analytical and technical requirements.
  • Interpret model outputs and generate actionable insights for planning and investment.
  • Partner with teams on model methodology, alignment, and validation.
  • Support strategic planning through simulations and scenario building.
  • Lead key executive routines related to media and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Governance & Technical Alignment

  • Oversee the quality, consistency, and reliability of MMM outputs.
  • Review model results, investigate anomalies, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Translate business questions into structured technical requirements.
  • Partner with global teams on methodology, assumptions, and model evolution.

2. Insight Development & Strategic Recommendations

  • Interpret model outputs and build clear, concise narratives for stakeholders.
  • Provide context-driven insights to support media and marketing investment decisions.
  • Develop scenarios, simulations, and strategic recommendations grounded in MMM learning.
  • Integrate results from experiments and performance analyses into broader learnings.

3. Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare materials for business reviews, strategic planning, and decision-making routines.
  • Facilitate alignment across Media, CMI and Marketing teams by connecting insights to business priorities.
  • Promote the use of MMM as a foundational tool for planning and investment discussions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in analytics, marketing science or BI
  • Background in marketing science or statistical modeling
  • Experience working with modeling partners, vendors, or data science teams
  • Proven ability to translate analytical outputs into strategic recommendations
  • Strong expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (mandatory)
  • Advanced analytical storytelling skills
  • Solid understanding of media and marketing performance drivers.
