Required Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning or Advanced Analytics.
  • Strong Insurance industry experience.
  • Good understanding of Claims, Underwriting, Pricing, Risk, Policy Administration or Customer Experience.
  • Strong business consulting and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
  • Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.
  • Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI.
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks or equivalent platforms.
  • Power BI / Data Visualisation and storytelling.
  • MLOps and model lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI and AI governance.
