As a Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to turn data into actionable insights, develop innovative analytical solutions, and influence outcomes across the organisation through advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modelling.

Principle Accountabilities
- Develop, test, and deploy advanced machine learning models, algorithms, and analytical solutions to identify patterns, uncover insights, and solve complex business challenges.
- Translate business requirements into data science solutions, ensuring analytical initiatives align with strategic objectives and support executive decision-making.
- Research, implement, and continuously enhance data science, machine learning, deep learning, and AI capabilities, contributing to the development of technical architecture and best practices.
- Establish robust model evaluation, validation, and monitoring frameworks, ensuring machine learning and Generative AI solutions are explainable, traceable, scalable, reliable, and capable of delivering measurable performance.
- Communicate and document data science outcomes effectively, presenting actionable insights to business and technology stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Support the wider data ecosystem, collaborating on data preparation and ETL activities where required.

Skills and Experience Required
- Demonstrable professional experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
