Infinity Search is currently seeking a talented Data Scientist to join an innovative and impactful HealthTech organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve healthcare delivery by developing data-driven solutions.
About the Role:
As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines that support healthcare transformation. Collaborating with data scientists, developers, and clinical teams, you will deliver data solutions that drive insights and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Support data scientists and developers by providing clean, validated, and well-structured data
- Ensure data solutions align with NHS Information Governance standards
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet project objectives
- Write clear and concise documentation for all data processes and solutions
- Provide ongoing support for production systems and resolve data-related issues

Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Python development, particularly in data engineering and ETL pipeline design
- Strong experience with AWS services for data management and transformation
- Proficiency with libraries such as Pandas and Numpy
- Experience with Tableau for data visualisation and reporting
- Familiarity with Agile working practices and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with NHS data, clinical codes, or healthcare data structures
- Experience with additional cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or Azure
- Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
