About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our platform to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company, influence product development, and advance your technical expertise in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in software development with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java is essential. Experience with web development frameworks and technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js is highly desirable. A solid understanding of database management, cloud services, and API integrations is required. Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions to support Hackajob Ltd’s platform and services.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies to improve product functionality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team workflows.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and high availability of our platform.
