About the Company

A leading global Data & AI consultancy is looking for a Data Scientist with Generative AI experience to join its growing AI practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge GenAI initiatives, helping enterprise clients unlock value through Large Language Models (LLMs), automation, and intelligent decision-making.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying Generative AI solutions across a range of industries, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver production-ready AI applications.

Responsibilities

  • Developing LLM-powered applications for business use cases such as document automation, knowledge retrieval, summarisation, and customer support.
  • Designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Fine-tuning and adapting foundation models using domain-specific datasets.
  • Building embedding pipelines and working with vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
  • Creating prompt engineering frameworks and prompt chains using LangChain, LlamaIndex, PromptFlow, or similar tools.
  • Collaborating with Data Engineering, MLOps, and Product teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.
  • Evaluating model performance and optimising cost, accuracy, latency, and reliability.
  • Staying current with advancements in GenAI, transformers, and LLM architectures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
