We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics)
- 3+ years of experience in data science
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with SQL and databases
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
