The Role
This is applied data science. You will use advanced analytics and machine learning to understand our customers better and solve problems that genuinely matter to the business, working with customer, booking, digital, marketing and behavioural data.

You will work across segmentation, propensity, personalisation, retention, forecasting and customer lifetime value, with the space to explore and the support to grow. What matters here is not building technically interesting models, but connecting rigorous analytical work to decisions, actions and outcomes you can point to. You will sit alongside experienced data scientists, engineers and analysts in a capability that is being built and scaled right now.
What Will You Do?
- Turn customer and commercial challenges into structured analytical problems and testable hypotheses.
- Explore complex behavioural and transactional data to find what others have missed.
- Develop and evaluate statistical and machine learning models.
- Build segmentation, propensity, forecasting and personalisation solutions that reach real customers.
- Apply rigour to feature engineering, validation and model performance.
- Design and evaluate experiments to understand genuine impact.
- Work with Data Engineering to create reliable model inputs and productionise valuable solutions.
- Monitor solutions in the wild and keep improving them.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Contribute to data science standards, reproducibility and responsible AI practice.

About You
Essential
- Strong professional experience in data science or advanced analytics.
- Advanced practical capability in Python and SQL.
- A strong grounding in statistics and machine learning.
- Experience developing and validating predictive models.
- Experience with customer, transactional, behavioural or digital data.
- Understanding of experimentation and statistical measurement.
- Analytical curiosity paired with pragmatic commercial judgement.
- The ability to explain complex analysis clearly and connect it to business action.
Desirable
- Exposure to segmentation, propensity, churn, forecasting, lifetime value or personalisation.
- Experience with Snowflake, cloud data science environments or production machine learning.
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles and reproducible practice.
- Experience in a global, multi-brand or multi-market business.
- Curiosity about travel, hospitality or global consumer businesses.
