About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team at DWP Digital. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative digital solutions that support our strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality services that meet user needs and comply with government standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects that have a direct impact on public service delivery, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital technology and project management, with proven experience in delivering complex digital solutions. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of agile methodologies, cloud computing, and software development lifecycle. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work are essential. Prior experience working within government or public sector projects will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Solutions Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing innovative digital solutions aligned with organizational goals and user requirements.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of digital services.
  • Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to maintain high standards of performance and security.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

  • Ensuring compliance with government policies, standards, and best practices in digital service delivery.
