Data Scientist x4 - FTC

At Weetabix, we believe that diverse teams drive better ideas, stronger decisions, and a more inclusive workplace for everyone. We're committed to building an organisation where people from all walks of life feel they belong—where different voices, experiences, and backgrounds are valued and respected.

Closing date: 20th August 2026

Interview process: 1st Stage Interview followed by a Practical Assessment, with an Onsite interview.

Working pattern: You'll spend three days a week in the office, creating great opportunities to collaborate, strengthen team connections and build high-impact working relationships face to face.

We're happy to make reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process. Just let us know how we can support you.

This is a newly formed role as part of our growth journey at Weetabix. The 4 successful candidates will be assigned a particular function working within that team to make a difference, however it will be critical to work across the data science team to agree best practice and share learnings as we go.

It's an exciting time to join the business with a big ambition. Candidate with a preference for a particular function should mention it in the application (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Manufacturing) or we will assign that after a successful recruitment process.

The Recipe (About the Role)

The purpose of this role is to lead the conversion of data into meaningful, actionable insights that improve decision-making, performance and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for ensuring data for the function assigned is accurate, available and trusted, establishing the processes and governance that underpin strong data quality, and developing intuitive reporting and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Excel or Power BI so colleagues can easily access the insight they need.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
