About the role
We're hiring Data Scientists to turn client data into insight and product decisions. You'll work directly with delivery teams on client sites.
Responsibilities
- Analyse client data to surface insights that shape recommendations.
- Build models and statistical approaches suited to each brief.
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with engineers to move analysis into production where needed.
- Keep methods sound and defensible under client scrutiny.

What we are looking for
- Strong background in statistics, machine learning or a related field.
- Practical experience with Python, SQL and standard data tooling.
- Able to translate ambiguous business questions into a clear analytical approach.
- Comfortable presenting findings to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Interest in applied AI beyond the theory.
