Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist / Data Visualization Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and clear visual reports. The successful candidate will analyze data, develop statistical models, create interactive dashboards, and communicate findings to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop data models, statistical analyses, and predictive insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports.
  • Support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data science, data analysis, business intelligence, or data visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and data visualization principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting best practices.
  • Experience communicating analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
