About the Role
As a Data Scientist – Decision Sciences, you will develop and improve machine learning models that enhance member retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Working closely with CRM Lifecycle, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams, you will analyze customer behavior, build predictive models, evaluate existing data pipelines, design forecasting models, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations that influence business strategy. This hybrid position combines technical data science expertise with business collaboration to improve customer experience and organizational decision-making.

Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Data Scientist.
- Background in marketing analytics, e-commerce, loyalty, or membership-based businesses.
- Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and data analysis.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience using dbt.
- Experience building predictive machine learning models.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, regression, causal inference, and experimental design.
- Experience with A/B testing and holdout experiments.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines.
- Experience collaborating with CRM or lifecycle marketing teams.
- Familiarity with Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models such as BG/NBD, Pareto/NBD, or similar is desirable.
