Job Opportunity: Data Scientist (Generative AI) in London

Location: London
Working Model: Flexible hybrid working (3 days on site typically)
Type: Permanent

About the Role

This is a permanent role where you'll help design and deploy enterprise-scale GenAI solutions, working with technologies including LLMs, RAG, LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, vector databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

  • Building and deploying LLM-powered applications for real business use cases.
  • Developing RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning foundation models.
  • Collaborating with Data Engineering, MLOps, and Product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Staying at the forefront of GenAI and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Around 5+ years of Data Science/Machine Learning experience.
  • Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs.
    • Strong Python skills.
    • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Advantages:
    • Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Llama, vector search, FastAPI, Streamlit, or enterprise AI applications.
    • Any exposure to Palantir is a bonus.

Compensation

  • Salary: Up to 65K
  • Bonus: 10%
