We’re looking for a Data Scientist to:

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and contribute to business outcomes such as revenue enablement, risk reduction, and productivity improvement
  • Build and deploy AI solutions across the Investment Bank
  • Develop reusable products and components using LLMs, agentic systems, machine learning, and rules-based analytics
  • Contribute throughout the delivery lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through integration, deployment, and adoption
  • Integrate solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms
  • Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and maintainable through appropriate testing, monitoring, controls, and documentation
  • Apply experimentation, quantitative analysis, and model evaluation to inform design decisions and demonstrate impact

The Team

You’ll join the IB AI Delivery Hub, with team members based in London and Zurich. The team works with strategic partners across Business, Quant, Risk, and Technology to address high-impact challenges and deliver AI capabilities that scale across the Investment Bank. We combine applied AI expertise, engineering discipline, and quantitative judgement with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
