About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at Impellam. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, analyzing, and developing data-driven solutions that address real-world business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and product managers, to translate complex data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include exploring large datasets, building predictive models, and supporting the deployment of data science solutions into production environments. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a closely related analytical role. You should have strong proficiency in Python, with experience contributing to shared codebases and collaborative projects. A solid foundation in statistics, applied mathematics, and scientific analysis techniques is essential. Experience working with real-world datasets, including data cleaning, validation, and exploratory analysis, is required. Additionally, an understanding of how data science transitions from experimentation to practical implementation, along with awareness of ethical considerations and responsible data practices, is necessary. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and constructively engage with challenges to continuously improve their skills.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, analysis, and development of data science solutions aimed at solving operational and business problems.
- Apply statistical, mathematical, and scientific approaches to explore data, test hypotheses, and support decision-making processes.
- Write, maintain, and improve Python code to facilitate data preparation, analysis, and modeling tasks.
- Collaborate with data engineers and other team members to work on production data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and supporting analytics and model deployment.
- Support responsible data use by adhering to privacy, ethical standards, and data handling best practices throughout the data lifecycle.
- Work alongside senior data scientists to learn best practices, share knowledge, and contribute to team objectives.
- Clearly communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Contribute to the development of shared documentation, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the data science community.
