About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join BP Energy as a Senior Energy Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, evaluating energy data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the energy industry, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy market analysis, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of global energy markets, regulatory environments, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of energy market data, including supply, demand, pricing, and regulatory developments.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast market trends and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.
- Monitor global energy policies and geopolitical developments that impact market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives aligned with the company's sustainability and growth objectives.
- Identify emerging opportunities in renewable energy and innovative technologies to support BP Energy’s transition to cleaner energy sources.
- Assist in the development of risk management strategies related to market volatility and regulatory changes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of energy innovation.
