About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Data Science Specialists to contribute to a project focused on improving the quality, clarity, and impact of executive presentations, analytical reporting, and business communications. In this role, you will combine data analysis, visualization, and presentation design expertise to transform complex information into compelling, decision-ready insights.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong experience in data science, analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or executive reporting. You will work on real-world presentations and analytical materials, helping evaluate, redesign, and improve how data-driven insights are communicated to business stakeholders.
The work is fully remote, flexible, and centered on authentic business reporting and presentation challenges. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconstruct, redesign, and enhance executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling visualizations and business insights.
- Apply data analysis and statistical reasoning to interpret findings and support recommendations.
- Create and refine analytics reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
- Improve slide structure, narrative flow, content clarity, and visual consistency.
- Review presentations and reports for accuracy, effectiveness, and storytelling impact.
- Develop executive-ready materials that communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide structured feedback on presentation quality, data interpretation, and visual design.
- Collaborate through iterative review cycles to continuously improve deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in data science, analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Experience analyzing data and communicating findings through executive-level presentations.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and business storytelling.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills with a portfolio demonstrating presentation redesign and slide reconstruction.
- Experience creating executive presentations, board decks, consulting presentations, or investor-facing materials.
- Strong data storytelling and visual communication expertise.
- Background in consulting, strategy, business analytics, finance, or executive reporting.
- Experience producing analytics reports and translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Compensation
- $150–$350/hour
