About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Workforce Solutions Specialist. In this position, you will act as a vital link between our clients and the contingent workforce, ensuring seamless talent acquisition and management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to support our clients' recruitment needs by connecting them with skilled temporary and contract workers, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong understanding of workforce solutions in a global context. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency within our contingent workforce services.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building effective relationships with clients and candidates. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS software, and other recruitment tools will be advantageous. A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are qualities we value highly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored workforce strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and contingent roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, onboarding, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
  • Monitor and report on workforce metrics, trends, and performance indicators to optimize staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative staffing approaches and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, labor laws, and market conditions affecting contingent workforce management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to workforce solutions.
