Data Selections Analyst - 6-month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid

We're currently supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced Data Selections Analyst to join their Data & Insight team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data-focused professional with strong experience in campaign data selection, segmentation and CRM systems, who can translate stakeholder requirements into accurate, targeted data outputs.

The Data Selections Analyst will play a key role in supporting targeted communications and campaign activity across multiple channels, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver complex data selections.

The role will require 1 day per week onsite at the clients head office in Bedfordshire - for the right candidate this could be flexible.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the scheduling and delivery of complex data segmentations and selections across direct mail, telephone, email, SMS and social media.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for campaign briefs and translating requirements into actionable data specifications.
  • Building complex, targeted selections with appropriate output fields and formats.
  • Developing and maintaining automated customer/supporter journeys within campaign management tools.
  • Ensuring selections comply with relevant data protection legislation and internal policies.
  • Supporting the development and documentation of processes to improve segmentation and selection efficiency.
  • Producing ad hoc reporting to support operational planning and decision-making.
  • Supporting database maintenance, including duplication and data quality checks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
