About The Team

We have big goals over the next few years.

We're going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.

Together we'll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

Team information

Will you join us?

Are you confident working with data, have a strong eye for detail and enjoy solving data problems?

We're looking for a Data Selections Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team within Supporter Experience and Data.

Data plays an important role in how we understand and communicate with our supporters. In this role, you'll help make sure our fundraising campaigns and supporter communications reach the right people, at the right time, using accurate and well-managed data.

You'll work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Communications and Supporter Experience to understand their campaign requirements and turn these into accurate audience selections and data outputs.

You'll use data selection and analysis tools, including FastStats, alongside our CRM to produce and validate supporter data. You'll also investigate data issues, manage competing campaign deadlines and help us maintain high standards of data quality.

You don't need to have worked in the charity sector before or know all of our systems from day one. We're interested in people with transferable data skills who are curious, methodical and keen to develop their knowledge.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to work from our Stratford office for a minimum of two days per week.

This role will also require a DBS check.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
