We've got an exciting opportunity for a Data Services Executive to join us in our Plymouth office on a 12 month fixed term contract.
We operate a hybrid working policy and most full-time employees typically spend around 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home - however we operate a very flexible approach in practice.
The Team
Our Data Content & Insights team sits at the heart of our Business Development function and works closely with colleagues and partners across the firm to drive smarter, more strategic business decisions. By combining high-quality data with deep insight into our clients, markets and sectors, the team enables us to better understand where opportunities lie and how we can strengthen client relationships. But insight alone isn't enough. In an increasingly competitive legal market, it's how we use data to inform strategy, sharpen our focus and differentiate ourselves that matters most – and our Data Content & Insights team plays a critical role in helping the firm achieve this.
The role
The Data Services Executive role supports the team by:
- Maintaining high-quality datasets
- Delivering routine and ad-hoc reporting
- Supporting the configuration and administration of key data systems
- Ensuring data governance and compliance standards are met
- Helping internal stakeholders make better use of data
The role also helps to drive user adoption, resolve data-related queries, support system improvements, and contribute to the efficiency and reliability of data services across the organisation.
They will also support our CRM Manager with the back end processing of Dynamics in order to help maintain data integrity and support adoption.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
