Data SME | £700/day | England, United Kingdom | Inside IR35

One specialist data position on one of the largest Oracle Fusion transformations running in UK government.

This is the legacy data role. You are the authority on what is actually in the legacy estate, what the rules say has to happen to it, and what the regulator will ask about it.

Oracle Fusion experience is preferred here, not essential. If you know legacy data properly, you are in scope.

THE ROLE

  • Deliver insight across data warehousing, data modelling and data architecture
  • Set best practice for legacy data — cleansing, augmentation, extraction and integration
  • Own regulatory requirements and policy alignment for data
  • Assure the solution for managing legacy data across its full lifecycle
  • Work with the architecture team and the government shared services provider so the solution is compliant, integrated and future-facing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
