Role Description
The Data Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Wembley. Core responsibilities will include assessing the data needs for invoicing, client reporting, internal management reports, business insights and management accounts. Documenting the source data required, any transformation and amalgamation needed, data validation and the final report/dashboard structure.
Along with this you will be tasked with pattern recognition to spot trends and use the Fairview Health business data to highlight potential trends, issues, or opportunities to the Management Team.

Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data Analysis.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Stakeholder management.
- SQL Server experience.
- Extensive experience with data visualisation.
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar presentation layers.
- Previous experience in using data to guide business decision making.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience of bespoke Data Warehouses.
- Experience working with complex data sets.
Additional Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel between company sites as required.
- Must be able to stay up to date with emerging technologies, methodologies, and regulatory standards.
