We're Hiring: DSAR Specialist
Do you have experience handling Subject Access Requests (SARs) and navigating complex data protection challenges?
At Avanti West Coast, we're looking for a DSAR Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing complex data subject rights requests, particularly those involving employee relations matters, investigations, grievances, whistleblowing cases, CCTV and body-worn video disclosures.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with:
- Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
- Experience reviewing and redacting sensitive information
- The confidence to make balanced decisions in complex cases
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A passion for protecting individuals' rights while ensuring compliance

You'll work closely with our Data Protection Officer, HR, Employee Relations and Legal teams, providing expert guidance on some of the most sensitive and high-profile cases across the business.
