About Green Sheep Group

At Green Sheep Group, we create award-winning baby brands that parents love and trust, Snüz and The Little Green Sheep.

We’ve been delivering sweet dreams in style since 2013. Built on the belief that parenting is made easier through a great night’s sleep, we create sleep-centred solutions with an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, innovation, and contemporary design.

Proudly loved by our parent and baby community and recognised by leading awards, it’s a great and exciting time to join the business.

As our business continues to grow in the UK and internationally, we are looking for an experienced Data & Systems Manager to take ownership of the systems, integrations and data architecture that underpin our business.

We need someone who can understand where we are today, listen carefully to what teams across the business need and turn that understanding into a clear, practical technology roadmap. You will help us create an integrated, scalable and secure technology landscape capable of supporting our ambitions over the next three to five years.

Purpose

You will be responsible for GSG’s business systems, integrations and data landscape, working across all departments with key stakeholders, to ensure our systems and data are working effectively and efficiently for the business.

A significant part of the role will be designing, building and maintaining direct SaaS integrations across our technology stack. We want to bring more of this capability in-house, giving us greater control, flexibility and resilience while reducing our reliance on third-party connector platforms and external developers.

A taste of what you'll be doing

Integration & Systems Development (Hands-On)

  • Design, code, test, deploy and maintain bespoke SaaS integrations using APIs and webhooks, connecting ERP, ecommerce, CRM, WMS, finance, product information, customer service and BI systems.
  • Replace third-party connectors with robust in-house integrations where there is clear commercial, operational or technical benefit.
  • Build secure, resilient and maintainable integrations with effective monitoring, logging and alerting.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration failures, data-flow issues and system dependencies; provide hands-on systems administration, configuration and user support where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
