Red Bull UK Data & Systems Specialist

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Data & Systems Specialist for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to be based in London, UK.

Reporting

Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain and with responsibility across all 3 sub-functions (Planning, Logistics & Customer Service), the Data & Systems Specialist will be the central owner for System Support (inc. SAP & EDI), Process Development/Optimisation (including process mining & process automation), Technical Project Co-ordination (Celonis / ESKER / SAP TM) and all relevant Pricing & Customer Master data.

Responsibilities

The Data & Systems Specialist is responsible for optimising our existing Supply Chain tools and championing new technologies. They will streamline and improve our ways of working through the adoption of new technology and sharing key actionable insights, making the team's time more efficient and allowing them to focus on the value add.

You will be the go-to person for supporting on technical issues, responsible for upskilling the team on our various tools (SAP (MM, SD & TM), Celonis & Esker) and have an eye for analysis and data. You will support the team with the introduction of improved reporting functionality across the teams using data models, Power BI and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Data

  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all relevant Customer Master data in SAP and related systems - including pricing (CPM) and Customer Hierarchy changes.
  • Ensure best practice and continued improvement of our data holding.
  • Leverage Celonis to add improved control & reporting on our customer data providing data driven insights and new capability to the team.

Systems

  • SAP Super User, lead all developments, hot-pack testing and HQ escalation for this system. This will include regular comms & updates to Stakeholders.
  • Support with the onboarding of new Customers to EDI with HQ IT teams.
  • Regularly review our HQ Tools & Solutions for implementation in the UK Market.
  • Manage and support with the introduction, training and documentation of new tools into the team (incl. use of PowerBI & SQL).

Projects Co-ordination

  • Serve as the central co-ordinator for all Technical Supply Chain projects (ESKER / CELONIS / EDI developments etc.).
  • Share regular updates with the team and key stakeholders on timelines, progress, and any blockers.
  • Monitor and manage the Projects from end to end, highlighting any risks to the team.
  • Ensure adoption and regular use of all "added value" tools delivered into the team and actively participating in continuous improvement projects associated with these tools (e.g. Esker).
  • Update and monitoring of Projects through Adobe Workfront on behalf of RBUK Supply Chain.

Process Development

  • Leading the execution of process mining & automation (RPA) across the supply chain team – looking for opportunities to simplify, automate and optimise tasks.
  • Ensure that processes are executed according to the corporate governance and guidelines.
  • Escalates to the key user and Operations Manager processes out of standards and contributes proactively in the improvement of processes.

Other

  • Documenting all key processes in role (manual, guidelines, BPPs) to ensure that contingency/cover is possible of this business-critical role.
  • Engagement, support & involvement in wider team activities to help contribute to a highly engaged Supply Chain team.

Reporting

  • You will work alongside the Supply Chain team to introduce improved reporting functionality by automating data pulls, creating data sets and building either Excel or PowerBI dashboards to drive greater visibility and decision making.
  • Support the team by streamlining data sources from 3PL portals and SAP BI systems.

Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise

  • SAP experience (MM & SD modules) is essential.
  • Experience with SQL and Python or R - Highly desirable.
  • Experience building & maintaining PowerBI reports from scratch.
  • High-level Microsoft Excel user.
  • Experience with Data architecture / design preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task essential.
  • Developed problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive outlook on continuous improvement.

Performance Goals

  • Delivery & Co-ordination of key projects throughout the year.
  • Implementation of Tools or Systems that lead to improved ways of workings in the team.
  • Supporting the achievement of the following Supply Chain KPI areas (via system, process & data control & accuracy):
    • FG Stock holding & availability.
    • Physical Distribution Costs (including rework & destruction costs).
    • Customer Service Level.
