A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be responsible for compiling historical data and producing standardised evaluation reports. Your reports will then go on to be published in our SAP system and go on to support various Engineering functions in the business. You will interrogate many systems and documentation to compile an up to date record of events. You will liaise and troubleshoot with internal colleagues to shine a light on any missing history or documentation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Fully responsible for the quality of data being published to the business via our SAP system
  • Enabling Engineering to evaluate exactly when to perform maintenance to an engine to keep the customer downtime to minimum
  • Reporting to Overhauls the exact condition of returning engines, so yield can be quickly identified and planned around
  • Preparing data to support LTP contract bids
  • Creating SAP notifications to communicate Engineering changes applicable to the operating fleet
  • Acting as record holder of all birth to death records of our serialised components
  • Liaising with Stakeholders to ensure our end product is meeting their needs

What You Bring

  • Experience of creating and maintaining data while following intricate processes
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Capable of intuitive data sourcing from a variety of archives/folders/sharepoint
  • Exposure to working within an analytical environment with an aptitude towards this
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve prioritising tasks to maintain a supporting workload for other areas of the business
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel would be advantageous

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
