Join our team as a Data Technician Apprentice and get hands-on experience working with real business data, systems, and processes. You’ll work closely with our buying specialists, helping manage vehicle acquisitions, keep data accurate, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do at Work

  • Assist the buying team with acquiring stock, talking to sellers, and handling inbound leads.
  • Log vehicle data and keep our central CRM updated with accurate stock details.
  • Draft, verify, and maintain vehicle purchasing contracts and handover documentation.
  • Run stock and acquisition reports for management review.
  • Audit files regularly to ensure all administrative records remain compliant and up to date.
  • Liaise with customers to coordinate vehicle handovers and paperwork completion.
