Get hired into data on what you can do, not what's on your CV

Most entry-level data jobs want experience you can't get without a data job. So our hiring partners, led by Xander Talent, hire junior data talent a different way: through us.

We're recruiting now for our hiring partners, and the programme is how we find the right people for them. Over ten weeks you work as an analyst in PRISM, our simulated company with 500M+ rows of real data, doing the real job: Excel, Power BI, AI tools, and pitching your work to real employers. Our partners then meet the people who stand out. Not everyone will be put forward, but everyone finishes with a portfolio and career coaching.

It works. Xander Talent alone has hired 10 people from our programmes in the last three months. We've trained 1,000+ people and are rated 4.8 on Google.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

How it works

  • Apply on our website, then a short questionnaire, assessments and an interview
  • Ten weeks full time, learning by doing the job, finishing with a portfolio
  • The people who stand out are put forward to our hiring partners, through employer introductions and a careers fair
  • Everyone else gets one-to-one career coaching to land their own role

Good to know

  • The ten weeks are unpaid but free, with no cost to you, funded by the Department for Work and Pensions, and you also gain a Level 3 Certificate in Data.
  • It starts 16 November, runs Monday to Friday finishing around 4pm, and includes in-person days in Oxford.
  • You need to live or work in Oxfordshire, have the right to work in the UK, and be free full time for the ten weeks.
  • This is the final Oxford cohort, with 17 places.
  • Apply by 30 October.
