The Opportunity
The BMC Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced and creative marketing professional to support the development of engaging digital experiences, interactive content and data storytelling initiatives across the global organization.
Working as part of the Center of Excellence and UX team, this role will help global, regional and local marketing teams bring content to life through user-centred design, interactive experiences and compelling visual communications. The successful candidate will have strong design and UX skills, experience using Ceros and Flourish, and a passion for helping audiences engage with complex ideas through intuitive and impactful digital experiences.
This role will work closely with campaign teams, content creators, digital teams and external agencies to support the creation of high-quality content and experiences aligned with EY brand standards and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Interactive Content and Experience Development
- Support the creation of interactive digital experiences using Ceros.
- Develop data visualizations and interactive content using Flourish.
- Translate complex business content, research and insights into engaging visual formats.
- Collaborate with content and campaign teams to enhance storytelling through design and interactivity.
- Recommend appropriate content formats based on audience needs and business objectives.
User Experience and Design Support
- Apply UX and design best practices to improve marketing experiences.
- Develop wireframes, user journeys and simple prototypes to support content development.
- Ensure digital experiences are intuitive, accessible and user-friendly.
- Support usability reviews and testing activities.
- Help maintain design standards, templates and guidance materials.

Center of Excellence Support
- Act as a subject matter resource for Ceros, Flourish and digital experience best practice.
- Support training, enablement and knowledge-sharing activities across BMC.
- Create and maintain reusable assets, templates and playbooks.
- Assist regional and local teams with experience design requests and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CoE services and capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with global marketing teams to deliver digital content and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, campaign managers and developers.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Measurement and Optimization
- Monitor performance of interactive assets and experiences.
- Help identify opportunities to improve engagement and usability.
- Support reporting and sharing of best practices and success stories.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience in digital marketing, design, UX, content experience or creative services.
- Working knowledge of:
- Ceros
- Flourish
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Understanding of UX principles and digital design best practices.
- Experience creating digital content and visual storytelling assets.
- Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting global marketing or communications teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Experience with CMS platforms and web publishing.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled creative and content tools.
- Experience within professional services or a matrix organization.
