Database Analyst

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Database Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. The Database Analyst position is accountable for database updates to the PubsHub Journals & Congresses Database.
What You Will Be Doing
- Interface regularly with customers regarding content updates.
- Perform routine demos showcasing database services of products.
- Providing administrative support for client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids.
- Provide feedback with new enhancements or automation to development team.
- Provide Help Desk Support for assigned products.
- Provide frequent updates to the database to ensure that our clients have the most current data available to make factual decisions on publishing decisions.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in database management and/or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in database systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and data manipulation tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
