About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on technical leader to own the modernisation of our clients core data infrastructure. Designing and delivering a cloud migration that will become the foundation for how the organisation makes decisions for years to come.

This is an opportunity to build and design a data warehouse and reporting environment that solves real problems for real users.

You'll start by getting close to the people who feel the pain of the current systems every day, running workshops across the organisation to understand what's expected by the users.

The Database Systems Lead will lead the technical delivery, building the platform and pipelines, and shaping the front-end reporting experience while also managing existing staff through the transition. It's equal parts technical delivery and organisational change, and it rewards someone who wants to be accountable for both.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
