Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s core fundraising and alumni database, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with governance standards.
• Provide comprehensive support for database systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Develop and generate reports to support fundraising and engagement activities, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Support system upgrades and enhancements, collaborating with technical teams to implement improvements.
• Deliver training sessions and ongoing guidance to colleagues on database functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor data quality and implement processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Analyze database requirements and recommend solutions to optimize data management and reporting capabilities.
• Assist in the development of data governance policies and procedures to maintain high standards of data security and privacy.
• Support ad hoc data analysis and projects as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide effective support.
