CRM Manager
Professional Membership Organisation
Permanent - November Start
Salary: £45,000–£50,000, depending on experience

A leading Professional Membership Organisation is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, development and continuous improvement of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a hands-on role encompassing system administration, configuration, testing, reporting, integrations and user support. You will work closely with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure the CRM and associated business systems continue to meet the organisation’s operational and strategic requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Maintain CRM configurations, workflows, user permissions and system documentation.
- Manage system upgrades, testing and releases in conjunction with external suppliers.
- Ensure the quality, integrity and consistency of CRM data across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.
- Support teams with reporting, data extraction and analysis requirements.
- Create and maintain SQL queries and data views.
- Manage integrations between Dynamics 365, the organisation’s CMS, Microsoft 365 and other business systems.
- Investigate and resolve CRM and systems integration issues.
- Support future system enhancements and development projects.
- Provide first- and second-line support to CRM users.
- Deliver training and produce user guidance materials.
- Promote best practice in CRM usage and data management.
- Manage relationships with CRM, CMS and IT suppliers.
- Coordinate system development projects and change requests.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data governance requirements.

Experience and Skills Required
- A minimum of five years’ experience working as a CRM or Database Administrator.
- Strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration.
- Experience of systems management, configuration and implementation.
- Experience using Power BI to produce reports, dashboards and data analysis.
- Experience using Power Automate to develop and maintain automated workflows and business processes.
- Database experience, including SQL/T-SQL and database querying techniques.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience of project and supplier management, including working with third-party service providers.
- Knowledge or experience of using a Content Management System would be advantageous.
- An IT degree, equivalent qualification or substantial relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities accurately.

The role is based at the organisation’s London headquarters and may occasionally require working outside standard office hours.
