Databricks Client Delivery Lead - London (Hybrid)
Databricks - Delivery Leadership - Client Engagement - Up to £115,000
Are you passionate about leading large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders?
We're looking for an experienced Databricks Client Delivery Lead to join a growing Data & AI practice, taking ownership of strategic client engagements and ensuring the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes.
This is a leadership-focused role combining client management, programme oversight and delivery leadership. You'll be the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, working closely with architects, engineers, delivery teams and senior leadership to ensure programmes are delivered successfully, on time and aligned to business objectives.
You'll play a key role in shaping long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and helping organisations maximise the value of their Data & AI investments.

You Will Work With
- Leading large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes from mobilisation through to successful delivery
- Leading multi-million-pound transformation programmes with responsibility for delivery performance, stakeholder satisfaction and commercial outcomes
- Acting as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders
- Building trusted partnerships and becoming the go-to contact for programme and delivery discussions
- Managing complex delivery plans, risks, dependencies and programme governance
- Working closely with Databricks architects, engineers and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Leading cross-functional and international teams across multiple workstreams
- Driving stakeholder engagement, reporting and executive communications
- Resolving delivery challenges and ensuring projects remain aligned to client objectives
- Supporting account growth and identifying opportunities for additional value creation
- Partnering with internal leadership teams to ensure delivery excellence across major programmes
- Overseeing high-value transformation engagements with significant strategic impact

Key Experience
Essential
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology, data or transformation programmes
- Strong client-facing experience with responsibility for senior stakeholder relationships
- Experience managing complex delivery engagements across multiple workstreams
- Strong understanding of Databricks, modern Data Platforms or Data & AI ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering and delivery disciplines
- Excellent programme governance, risk management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong commercial awareness and account management capability
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

Desirable
- Consultancy or professional services background
- Previous experience owning major client accounts
- Experience leading international or distributed teams
- Financial Services or other enterprise-scale industry experience
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS or GCP
- Experience supporting Data, Analytics, AI or Databricks programmes
