Datacenter and Cloud Lead
Excellent opportunity for Datacenter and Cloud Lead to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice.
Cognizant Infrastructure Services – Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery & Operations - Lead global IT infrastructure and managed services across diverse industries. Ensure delivery excellence, operational resilience, and customer satisfaction. Govern enterprise engagements with accountability for service continuity and performance.
- Business & Commercial Leadership - Manage large-scale portfolios with full P&L responsibility. Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and contract governance. Oversee vendor strategy, cost optimization, and risk management.
- Transformation & Technical Leadership - Direct enterprise-scale transformation programs including cloud migration, data center modernization, ITSM transformation, and infrastructure refresh. Provide executive governance across compute, storage, networking, security, and cloud ecosystems. Champion automation, AIOps, and modernization initiatives.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CXOs, and governance boards. Strengthen customer confidence through executive governance, reviews, and strategic relationship management. Consistently deliver high customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
- People & Organizational Leadership - Build and lead high-performance global teams across engineering, service management, and transformation functions. Foster a culture of excellence, talent retention, and employee engagement. Provide strong leadership in crisis management, escalation handling, and operational recovery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or related field.
- Good progressive leadership in IT infrastructure and managed services.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale portfolios and global delivery organizations.
- Industry certifications such as PMP, ITILv4, Google Cloud Architect, Oracle Cloud Architect, CCNA, MCSE, and Power BI Architect.
