Professional background
As an independent coach, consultant, and facilitator since 2008, David has cultivated a wealth of experience and expertise in Appreciative Inquiry and various other strength-based approaches to change and development. Prior to venturing into independent practice, David served as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and business improvement leader at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, he played a pivotal part in spearheading process improvements across diverse domains such as sales, marketing, finance, IT, HR, customer services, and order fulfillment/logistics.
