As part of our team you can have:
- Day rate: £14.80 per hour
- Night rate: £15.30 per hour
- 8 month FTC, maternity cover

Job Description
As a Day and Night Hotel Team Member, you will be required to work independently and oversee the hotel operations, including checking guests in and out, and addressing any guest needs that might arise. It is a varied role- you might have to prepare some drinks, make a pizza, set up the breakfast service, make new reservations, answer the phone, cashiering, oversee security and health and safety, or even do some basic cleaning duties. Whatever it is you need to do, have fun and always put our guests first to ensure they have an exceptional stay.

- Welcome and assist guests during night hours, addressing their needs and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Perform night audit tasks, including reviewing and balancing daily financial transactions
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our property management system
- Set up the breakfast service
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to prepare for the next day's operations
- Manage incoming calls and messages, relaying information accurately to relevant team members
- Promote hotel facilities and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist with administrative tasks and reports as required
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Adapt to various situations and perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environment
- Proficiency in property management systems, such as OPERA Cloud
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- A commitment to delivering high levels of guest service
- A smart and professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and hotel management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
