Commercial Cleaning Operative – Urban Office Cleaning Team
Specialising in Market Leading Commercial Cleaning nationwide, ecoSense is seeking passionate team members to join our growing family in an urban office environment at Waterloo, SE1 8UX.

About the Role

Location:
London, Waterloo – SE1 8UX
Shift Pattern:
- Wednesdays – Fridays
- 08:00 to 12:00
- Priorities rely on timings, staff availability, and workload demands
Rate of Pay:
£12.71 per hour (subject to National Living Wage (NLW) requirements), processed via monthly payroll.

Duties & Responsibilities
Cleaning operatives within ecoSense are responsible for:
- Conducting various general cleaning duties across environments
- Flooring, glass, toilet and shower surfaces maintenance
- Loitering Toilet Roll and Hand Soap replenishment as required
- Light surface disorder across office, sanitary, and communal spaces
- Regular checks and adaptive maintenance to uphold standards
Core Requirements
- No prior commercial cleaning experience, but welcome to all applicants. Full training provided.
- Fluency in English is mandatory for any standard technical discussions and documentation.
- Ability and willingness to follow company protocols to ensure high levels of *client service excellence.
