DAY CONCIERGE

Rendall & Rittner
£30,000 - £32,000
The Colyer, Covent Garden - WC2H 7JA
Mon - Fri 0800 - 1700

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

Set within a boutique, luxury collection of just 14 apartments on the former Club 51 site, you’ll be at the heart of London’s West End between Soho and Covent Garden. The Royal Opera House and leading theatres are moments away, with Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square stations close by, creating a vibrant, cosmopolitan setting. You’ll support discerning residents who value privacy and high standards, operating in an elegant, low-density environment where attention to detail and personal service truly stand out.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the welcoming face of the development, providing polished front-of-house service, managing contractors, and ensuring the building runs smoothly throughout the day. You’ll handle resident requests, coordinate deliveries, maintain immaculate communal areas, and keep concise records. You will liaise closely with the managing agent and on-site teams to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every resident and guest is greeted promptly and professionally, with a personalised, can-do approach.
  • The lobby and common areas remain immaculate, calm, and secure throughout the day.
  • Resident requests, deliveries, and bookings are handled accurately and followed through to completion.
  • Clear, timely communication keeps residents informed and the management team updated.
  • Building issues are identified early, recorded precisely, and escalated or resolved without delay.
  • Compliance, handovers, and daily logs are consistently accurate and audit-ready.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
