DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

Join the front-of-house team at a flagship Canary Wharf skyscraper rising 75 floors and home to 985 residences across private, shared ownership and serviced apartments. You’ll be the welcoming face of a thriving community with exceptional amenities including landscaped gardens, a residents’ gym, cinema and media rooms, and secure parking. With Heron Quays and South Quay DLR moments away, you’ll work in a fast-paced, polished environment where attention to detail and service excellence make a daily difference to residents and guests.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will deliver a five-star concierge experience, providing a professional welcome, handling enquiries, and coordinating resident services with efficiency and care. You’ll monitor the reception and lobby areas, manage deliveries and bookings, support contractors, and keep clear records using building systems. You’ll collaborate closely with building management and security to maintain a safe, calm and impeccably presented environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every resident and guest is greeted promptly, warmly and by name where possible.
  • The lobby and front-of-house areas are always immaculate, calm and well-organised.
  • Deliveries, keys, parcels and bookings are logged accurately and handed over on time.
  • Issues are resolved proactively, with clear communication and timely escalation when needed.
  • Building procedures, health and safety and access controls are consistently followed.
  • Feedback from residents, colleagues and management highlights your reliability and professionalism.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time

  • Managing reception: welcoming residents and visitors, answering calls and emails, and handling enquiries.
  • Coordinating parcels, keys and access cards; maintaining precise logs and secure storage.
  • Booking amenities such as the gym, cinema and media rooms and communicating confirmations.
  • Supporting contractor access, permits to work and visitor sign-ins in line with site procedures.
  • Conducting lobby checks, reporting maintenance issues and following up to completion.
  • Updating daily handovers and incident reports to ensure seamless shift transitions.

Experience That Helps

  • Concierge, front-of-house or hospitality experience in high-end residential or hotel settings.
  • Familiarity with parcel management, key control and booking systems.
  • Exposure to building operations, including basic knowledge of fire panels or BMS monitoring.
  • Experience managing contractors, permits to work and health and safety basics.
  • Handling complaints or complex enquiries with empathy and clear resolution steps.
