Kidbrooke Village - SE3 9BU

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

You’ll join a landmark community of around 1,500 luxury homes set within 86 acres of beautifully designed parkland, recognised with the Sir David Attenborough Award for its biodiversity and green spaces. The environment is relaxed yet vibrant, with a mix of homeowners, families and professionals who value high standards and friendly, proactive service. With Kidbrooke station less than a ten-minute walk away and swift links to Central London and Canary Wharf, your front-of-house will feel connected, modern and busy across the day.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the welcoming face of the development, providing first-class resident service, managing the front desk and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’ll handle enquiries, coordinate access and deliveries, complete building checks and escalate issues promptly to ensure the development remains safe, polished and calm.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every resident and visitor receives a warm, professional greeting and timely assistance.
  • Lobby and common areas are consistently immaculate, safe and well-presented.
  • Issues are logged accurately and escalated swiftly, with clear follow-up and resolution.
  • Access control, keys and parcel processes are carried out exactly to procedure.
  • Building checks and H&S observations are completed on time with precise records.
  • Strong relationships are built with residents, contractors and the on-site team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
