circa annual £30k-£35k incl benefits
Exceptional and experienced team player Day Concierge vacancy available at a wonderful high end residential property. Fixed hours will be alternating from one month of 7am to 7pm Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays (4 shifts per week) and then one month of Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays (3 shifts per week). The right candidate will be highly polished with a confident, personable personality with five star customer service experience either from working in a five star hotel, private residential, or front of house corporate environment. Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety, and have a strong proven track record.

The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to:
- Holding keys
- Taking deliveries
- Carrying parcels & shopping
- Greeting, screening and escorting visitors
- Reporting any health and safety issues
- Ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy

The Night Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises.
The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite. All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail.
